Technical Details:

The lock is constructed for the assembling on 2 wheel containers from 60 to 360 liters
At the moment we have two versions => a “normal/large” one which fits to 80-90% of all standard 2 wheel containers and => a “small” one which is constructed for the so called EURO-2 lids
We are supplying the locks with “TORX”-head screws which is more comfortable for the teams mounting the locks on containers than the cross-slotted screws
Our locks have meanwhile passed all standard tests like sprayed for two minutes by water, then placed into a freezer for 2 days at -18° => no function problem, the same when the lid is under strong tension by over packing the container => the lock opens.
The lock does not open when the container falls to the back, to the left or to the right which can happen when the truck, collecting the waste, pushes against the container, or when the containers falls down due to strong wind, by vandalism etc.
Due to the slim size of our lock part which is fixed in the container and the soft PE seal we supply, the lock can be fixed without any additional plate to circular segmented containers.
By small modifications in the mechanism of the lock, this can be used also on 4-wheel containers of 550, 660, 770 etc liters.
